One of the wonderful things about Paris is its people.  I found them warm, friendly, helpful and intriguing.  They have a confidence which is often mistaken for arrogance and an innate sense of style. Paris now has a huge immigrant population and many homeless which all adds to the mix of ‘Parisiens’.
