Birds inhabit almost every habitat on earth from high mountains, across deserts, oceans, forests, rocky outcrops, savannah grasslands, arctic and the antarctic regions. Many migrate thousands of miles for seasonal feeding, many are critically endangered and many we see daily in our city streets and gardens.
