The city of Melbourne is the most European of Australian cities. Early in the morning down by the Yarra River in the centre of the city you could almost believe that you were in a European city – even Paris. River boats, bridges, cafes, street artists, strollers, bars, bicycles, even tall, European trees give it a different feel to the rest of Australia.
